Operation Happy Nurse is committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization and the broader community. Our goal is to decrease stress, anxiety, and depression through a free online mental wellness community for nurses, and we recognize that diversity is a crucial component in achieving this mission.


We collect both personally identifiable information (PII) and non-personally identifiable information (Non-PII) from our users.
